Q. How do i find my driver?
A. He/She will be waiting in the arrivals hall with a ‘Meet & Greet’ board with your name on it, he/she will also have your contact  number and you will have his/hers.
Q. Will I incur any extra charges if my plane is late?
A. No the Taxi Operator will track your flight while it is airborne and arrive 30 minutes after it has landed.
Q. Can I make a booking on line?
A. Yes, just enter your details on the ‘Instant Online Form', then click the ‘Get a Taxi’ button,  and your booking will be made.
Q. How close to my desired pickup time can I post a journey request?
A. The minimum period is 12 hours before your desired pick up. The more advance notice you give, the more chance you are giving the Taxi Operators to accept your Journey Request.
Q. Does TaxiTransfers4U charge me for using their system?
A. No, the TaxiTransfers4U service is completely FREE to Customers. The Taxi Operator pays all commissions.
Q. Are the prices inclusive of  VAT?
A. Yes, all prices are inclusive of VAT.
Q. How do I pay for the journey?
A. You pay the Taxi Operator directly. Once you have made the contract, and unless you intend to pay cash, you should contact the Taxi Operator in order to clarify his/her policy on cheques and/or  credit cards. Regardless of your method of payment , in the case of a return journey, you will be expected to pay a minimum of 50% of the fare at the completion of the outward leg. In the case of a single journey, you must pay the Taxi Operator/Driver at the completion of the journey.
Q. I want to pay the Taxi Operator by Credit Card. Will there be a surcharge?
A. You will need to clarify this with the Taxi Operator who you have the contract with.
Q. Does the TaxiTransfer4U price include road and bridge tolls, car parking  or other charges?
A. No, if your journey uses any toll roads or bridges then you will have to pay these charges to the Taxi Operator,  Airport Car parking charges are included for the 1st hour , any charges over and above an hour will be charged to the customer at the hourly rate set out by the Taxi Operator.
Q. Are my details confidential?
A. TaxiTransfers4U cares about it customers safety and security, both on line and on the road. All Taxi Operators registered with TaxiTransfers4U are fully licensed. Your on line requests are only visible  in outline to our Taxi Operators.  Your postal area and where you’re traveling to are the only details that appear on line. Only the Taxi Operator you  have made the contract with will ever know your identity.
Q. How do I know the Taxi Operator is reliable?
A. No one can provide total assurance, all TaxiTransfers4U  Taxi Operators have supplied us with their licenses provided by the relevant authorities. Once you have made the contract with the Taxi Operator  you will have all his/her details so that you can contact them and clarify your traveling arrangements.
Q. What happens if the TaxiTransfer4U site fails after I have made my booking?
A. All the information relating to your booking will be contained in the e-mail that was sent to you, the Taxi Operator you have the contract with will also have a copy. You are advised to print this e-mail when it arrives in case any such problems arise.
Q. Can I cancel a Journey Contract and will there be any penalties?
A. Yes you may cancel the journey up to 24 hours before the pick up time without incurring a penalty. You will need to e-mail TaxiTransfers4U and also make contact with the Taxi Operator with whom you have the contract with. For cancellations within 24 hours of the pick up time there may be a cancellation charge, therefore it is in your own interest to give as much notice to the Taxi Operator as possible.
Q. Can I smoke in the vehicle?
A. No, TaxiTransfers4U operates a strict non smoking policy in all their vehicles.
